INNER CASE : 41.5 mm. London hallmarks for 1788 and maker’s mark IR, and stamped with the movement serial number (14896). Excellent condition with just a little wear to the top of the pendant. The hinge is fine and the case snaps shut. The high dome bull’s eye crystal has one short scratch but no chips or cracks.

OUTER CASE : 50 mm. Matching hallmarks to the inner. Excellent condition with just some wear to the catch button. The hinge, catch and button are fine and the case snaps shut.

Higgs and Evans are listed in London from 1775 and specialised in watches for the Spanish market (hence LONDRES).
