To buy a watch or send an enquiry, please use our Contact page, quoting the item number.
We can reserve a watch for you while you arrange payment, and can accept payment by
UK cheque, bank transfer, credit card, debit card or Paypal.

Payment

All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling
UK cheque – contact us for postal address
Bank transfer – contact us for our bank details
Credit or debit card – use the ‘pay a trader’ link above for secure card payments
Paypal – we will email you a Paypal invoice

Credit Card Security

You can pay with your credit card knowing that the details will be secure. The checkout of this website uses Payacardservices, operated by Acceptacard Limited, a payment service provider who fully comply with all credit card company data security standards. When payment is made through our website, card details are entered and processed on a secure server. We never see your card details.

Delivery – UK

Unless agreed otherwise, all items will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The postage and insurance
 costs are included in the price for pocket watches.
All other items (cases, movements and books) will be at cost. 

Delivery – Non UK

Unless agreed otherwise, all items will be delivered by Royal Mail International Signed For.
The postage and insurance costs up to £500 are included in the price.
For higher value watches, we can provide additional insurance on request.

Please note that I am required by law to declare the full invoice value when exporting from the UK.  So please check with the Customs Office in your country as duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

We are always willing to accept back any watches that you wish to return, for whatever reason.
We just ask you to return them reasonably quickly (within 2 weeks) and carefully packed,
to receive a full refund less delivery costs.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is separate from the Cogs and Pieces Terms and Conditions and sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Cogs and Pieces do not disclose customer or potential customer information to third parties other than when necessary to process credit card transactions and to despatch any orders received. We do not sell, buy or share mailing lists.

Cookies are not used on this site.
