Gilt ratchet key

A large and unusual gilt key, with two horseshoes and pliers to the top.

There is a ratchet within the barrel, which appears to be intact, but the barrel itself is not secure.
The steel square is slightly worn but usable. The ratchet should allow winding clockwise.
