MOVEMENT : Fully signed and numbered (52). Gilded rack lever movement with engraved and pierced balance cock, and diamond endstone. Unsigned, but original, dustcap. In excellent, clean, original condition and running well.
DIAL : 44.5 mm. Cream enamel. Wonderful condition, virtually perfect. Nice matching gold hands.
INNER CASE : 49.5 mm. Fully hallmarked for London, 1815, maker WJ?. Very fine condition. High dome bull’s eye crystal also in fine condition. The hinge is good and the case snaps shut nicely.
OUTER CASE : 57 mm. Not a match to the inner, but a perfect fit. Hallmarks for Chester, 1810, maker WIB. Again in good condition with just one bruise on the bezel. The hinge and catch are fine, and the case snaps shut nicely.
