MOVEMENT : Signed and numbered (7080) gilt brass verge movement, with four square pillars, engraved and pierced balance cock, and silver regulator disc. Good original condition, complete and running well.
DIAL : 35.8 mm. White enamel dial, with some surface scratches, and a light hairline running from 12 to 4. No repairs. Fancy gilt hands.
INNER CASE : 40 mm. Silver, hallmarked for London, 1777, maker IHH (rubbed). Good condition though the stem has been reattached and there is an old repair to the bezel at 12. The hinge is fine and the case snaps shut nicely. The high dome crystal is fine.
OUTER CASE : 49 mm. Nice silver repousse case. Good condition with just two small pin holes caused by wear to high points of the repousse work. The hinge and catch are fine and the case snaps shut nicely. The catch button is formed of a pink coloured gemstone.
