Gilt brass base, with green shagreen covering, gilt rims and pins.
Good unrestored condition. The shagreen is in good condition, with a nice green colour. There are a few small areas of wear, but generally very good.
There is even wear to the gilt rims and pins. There are no pins missing.
The hinge, catch and catch button are fine and the bezel snaps shut.
