A fine Geneva verge, in good original condition, in a beautiful gilt and enamel case.

MOVEMENT : Gilt verge movement, with engraved and pierced balance bridge, silver regulator disk and four round pillars. Signed ‘Covelle & Romilly, Geneve’ and numbered (11222).
The dial plate is also marked with the movement serial number (11222).

All in good condition and running well.

DIAL : Original white enamel dial, fully signed as the movement.
The back of the dial is also marked with the movement serial number (11222).

In excellent, almost mint, condition. Matching brass Breguet type hands.

CASE : A fine gilt and enamel case in very good condition. Crystal set bezel and beautifully painted enamel to the back.

The gilding is in good condition throughout, with very little wear. The crystal bezel is complete with just a little discolouration to some of the crystals. The enamel on the back is also in very good condition, with no repairs or chips, and just some light scratches.

The enamel o this watch is particularly well painted, and of much higher quality than most enamel cases of this period.
