Sold

MOVEMENT : Gilded verge fusee movement, with engraved and pierced balance cock and wonderfully ornate pillars. It is fully signed and numbered (196). Very nice clean and original condition, and running well.

DIAL : White enamel dial, 38.25 mm. No repairs but a few surface scratches, two light hairlines (the longest across the bottom from 7 to 5) and some chips around the edge. Nice matching gold coloured hands.

INNER CASE : Silver, 41.5 mm in diameter. Hallmarked for London, 1811, maker’s mark TC. Very good condition, with no repairs or damage. The hinge is fine and the case snaps shut nicely. Good high dome bull’s eye crystal with just one small chip right on the edge..

OUTER CASE : Silver, 48 mm in diameter. Matching hallmarks to the inner. Again in good condition, with just a couple of very light dents on the back, a little wear to the hinge and a dent to the catch button. The catch is fine and the case closes nicely.
