An early 19th century verge, in heavy silver pair cases, by fine London makers, all in excellent condition.

MOVEMENT : Gilded verge movement with beautifully engraved and pierced balance cock, and blued screws. Fully signed and numbered (6011). All in very fine condition and running well.

DIAL : White enamel, in perfect condition. Beautiful matching gold hands.

INNER CASE : Silver, hallmarks for London, 1803. Maker’s mark TH and movement number (6011). Excellent condition throughout. The hinge and catch are fine and the bezel closes properly. The high dome crystal has a few light scratches but no chips.

OUTER CASE : Silver, with matching hallmarks to the inner. Again in excellent condition throughout. The hinge and catch are fine (though the catch button has worn down) and the case closes correctly.
