MOVEMENT : Gilt verge movement, with pierced and engraved balance cock. Signed “G. Weldon, LONDON and numbered (05079). Excellent condition and running well.

DIAL : 33.5 mm. White enamel dial, in excellent condition with no hairlines, chips or repairs.

INNER CASE : 41.25 mm, gilt, no maker’s marks. The hinge is fine and the case closes nicely. Good high dome crystal with no damage. Good condition throughout with a few light bruises but the gilding intact.

OUTER CASE : 49.25 mm, gilt. The hinge and catch are fine (the catch button is dented). A little wear to the high points, and one tiny hole but no repairs.

CHATELAINE : 135 mm, gilt. Lovely condition with gilding still intact.
