MOVEMENT : Particularly attractive gilded verge fusee movement, with engraved and pierced balance cock and engraved plates. Very unusual centre pinned balance cock. Signed and numbered (295). It is in good condition, with a few scratches around the pillar. It is running intermittently (does stop very occasionally) and fast (gains about a minute in three) .

DIAL : Signed white enamel ‘doctor’s dial’, 43 mm in diameter. It is in reasonable with no repairs but three light hairlines.

INNER CASE : Gilt, 48 mm in diameter. Maker’s mark IN. Very fine condition with no repairs, though one sleeve from the hinge is missing. Good high dome bull’s eye crystal with no damage. The catch is fine and the case snaps closed properly.

OUTER CASE : Gilt, 55.75mm in diameter. Matching maker’s mark to the inner. Hinge and catch fine (button worn) and the case closes nicely. Like the inner case, in very good condition.
