MOVEMENT : The gilded verge fusee movement is fully signed and numbered (3179). Unusual engraved balance cock with large diamond endstone. Protected by a removable dust cover. It is in good original condition, and is running well.

DIAL : 44 mm. White enamel. ut 43.5 mm in diameter. It is in perfect condition except for one chip along the edge at 9. No repairs. Nice matching gold coloured hands.

CASE : 52 mm. Silver hallmarks for Birmingham, 1803, maker WH. Good overall condition and a nice heavy case. The hinges are fine and the cover closes nicely. The front is engraved with an owner’s name (Jno. Stokes), though this is quite worn.
