MOVEMENT : High quality verge movement, in wonderful condition, with very large diamond endstone, nicely blued screws and finely engraved and pierced balance cock. The gilded movement is signed and numbered (6099). The gilding is still bright and it is running well.

DIAL : The gold engine turned dial is about 38 mm in diameter. It is in good condition with just a few light scratches on the matt areas of the chapter ring. Nice matching gold hands.

CASE : Fully hallmarked on both covers for 18 carat gold, London, 1819, maker’s mark CM. The gold is in good condition, with no serious scratches or dents. No repairs. The hinge is fine and the front cover closes nicely. Both covers are engine turned with a small monogram on the front (ML).

The watch weight 65 gms including the movement and the case is 43.5 mm in diameter excluding the bow and stem.
